1/2 LB of ground beef
Salt and Pepper to season
1 Package of bacon
1 Package of cooked shrimp
3 Tbsp’s of butter
1 Tbsp minced garlic
3/4 Cup of cold water
1 Package of store bought biscuit mix
1/2 Head of red cabbage
3 Tbsp’s of mayo
2 Hamburger buns
Oil for deep fry
2 Mixing bowls
2 Frying pans
1 Chef knife
1 Cutting board
1 Oven tray
1 Large pot
1 Wooden spoon
1 Metal slotted spoon
Add ground beef, 1 egg, salt and pepper into a bowl then mix well. Make burger patties and cook in a frying pan for 5 minutes each side.
Cut bacon Into bits and cook in a frying pan on medium heat for 10 minutes.
Fry shrimp with Tbsp’s of butter, 1 Tbsp minced garlic, salt and pepper then simmer for 2 minutes.
Add 3/4 cup of cold water with biscuit mix then add shrimp and mix well. Line an oven tray with parchment paper then place 6 shrimp close together, cover with burger patty and top with more shrimp. Place surf and turf burger in the freezer for 20 to 30 minutes until firm.
Cut red cabage finely then mix with mayo and bacon bits.
Make cow boy butter
In a mixing bowl add 1 Cup of melted butter, 2 Tbsp’s lemon juice, 2 Tbsp’s minced garlic, 1 Diced shallot, 2 Tbsp’s dijon mustard, 1 Tbsp horse radish, 1/2 Tsp paprika, 2 Tbsp’s chopped parsley, 1 Tbsp green onion, 2 Tbsp’s minced thyme, 1 Tsp salt and 1 Tsp pepper then mix well.
Heat a large pot of oil to 350 degrees Fahrenheit then deep fry burger for 5 to 8 minutes until golden brown.
Place burger on the heel of a bun.Spread cowboy butter over the burger and cover with creamy coleslaw then top with bun.
