Ingredients
2 to 3 Chicken breast
2 Cups of flour
2 Eggs
2 Cups of panko bread crumbs
Oil for deep fry
1 Pack of bacon
8 Slices of cheddar cheese

Tonkatsu sauce
3 Tbsp’s of ketchup
2 Tsp’s of oyster sauce
2 Tsp’s of Worcestershire sauce
2 Tsp’s of sugar

Tools
1 Chef knife
1 Cutting board
1 Mallet
Parchment paper
3 Mixing bowls
1 Large pot
1 Spatula
1 Pair of tongs
1 Metal slotted spoon
2 Frying pans
1 Whisk

Step 1
Cut chicken breast Into a cutlet then pound out with a mallet until thin.

Step 2
Cover the chicken breast in flour then dip in egg wash and coat in panko bread crumbs. Heat oil to 350 degrees Fahrenheit then deep fry the chicken for 3 to 5 minutes.

Step 3
Cook bacon strips in a frying pan on medium heat.

Step 4 Tonkatsu sauce
In a small bowl mix 3 Tbsp’s of ketchup, 2 Tsp’s of oyster sauce, 2 Tsp’s of Worcestershire sauce and 2 Tsp’s of sugar together.

Step 5 Build
Place cheese, bacon strips and sauce between katsu then pan fry in butter.
